ADR case: Our conscience is shaken, SC tells telecom firms; serves contempt notice

The Supreme Court on Friday issued contempt notices to telecom companies for not complying with its order. The court said its “conscience has been shaken” by the way things are happening in the country.

The Supreme Court has ordered telecom companies to pay adjusted gross revenue of Rs 1.47 lakh crore to the Department of Telecom (DoT).
